Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, this policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.


Custom Printed Products

All products produced by ProSticker are custom-made and personalised.

Once production has started, custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Faulty or Damaged Items

A replacement or refund will be offered if:

  • The product is faulty
  • There is a printing error caused by us
  • The item is damaged during delivery

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.


No Refunds For

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved artwork errors
  • Low-resolution or incorrect files supplied by the customer
  • Colour differences caused by screen or monitor settings
  • Change of mind after artwork approval
